Leave the refrigerator installed.
Clear the space in front of the appliance and let us know about custom panels, trim or a narrow approach. Do not pull a heavy refrigerator forward or disconnect its water line to prepare for service. The technician will check how it is installed before opening it for service.
Describe temperature changes alongside any ice, water or unusual sound. If only the wine-storage zone or freezer is affected, specify that. Protect contents that are no longer being kept at a suitable temperature rather than waiting for the diagnostic appointment to settle food-storage questions.
