Working with Monogram
Built-in and freestanding appliance service.
A panel-ready refrigerator or dishwasher can be easy to overlook until a change in temperature, noise or performance gets your attention. Describe that change in your own words. Whether it happens every cycle, only after the door is opened or after the appliance has been running for a while is useful information.
Monogram ranges and wall ovens do not all use the same heating system. Refrigeration products can also have different compartments, controls and installation arrangements. The technician’s checks follow the appliance in front of them, including how it is installed and which functions remain normal.
There is no need to guess a part name when requesting service. Have the model number ready if it is accessible, keep the work area clear and mention any water damage or safety concern. Stop using equipment that appears unsafe; an ordinary appointment request is not an emergency response service.
Refrigerators, freezers and wine coolers
A changing temperature may be accompanied by frost, longer running or a door that needs extra pressure to close. Mention these details together rather than treating them as unrelated problems.
Ice makers
Tell us whether you have a freestanding or built-in dedicated ice maker, or an ice maker within another appliance. Water supply and drainage arrangements can differ.
Cooking and dishwashing
An interrupted cycle, uneven heating and poor cleaning each call for their own investigation. We check the function that has changed before recommending a repair.
