A refrigerator that warms overnight, a range with one unreliable burner and a dishwasher that leaves water behind all interrupt the kitchen in different ways. When you call, begin with the appliance and the change you have noticed. You do not need to identify the failed component yourself.
Viking models differ in their controls and installation. If the label is easy to reach, have the model number ready. Leave built-in appliances and cabinet panels in place for the technician.
If several Viking appliances need attention, let us know before the visit. We can discuss which units are affected and the access needed for each, so the appointment is planned around the work you are requesting.
Cooking
Ranges, wall ovens and cooktops can have separate systems for different functions. Note whether the fault is limited to bake, broil, one oven cavity or one burner.
Cold storage
We cover refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers and ice makers. Identify the affected compartment and describe leaks, frost, unusual sounds or changes in temperature.
Dishwashers
The point in the cycle when a problem occurs helps narrow the investigation. A machine that never fills presents differently from one that washes but cannot drain.
