A kitchen can contain several Viking products of different ages. A range and dishwasher purchased together still have separate models and service needs. If both are having problems, identify them during scheduling instead of assuming a second appliance can be added once the technician arrives.
For each affected unit, a brief symptom history helps: when it began, whether it happens every use and whether work was recently performed. Leave built-in equipment in place, including cabinet panels and trim. The technician will assess access along with the condition of the appliance.
