Planning a visit in Lexington
What to have ready when you call.
When an appliance starts acting differently, a little preparation makes the call easier. Tell us the brand, appliance type and what has changed. A model number is helpful if you can read it without moving the equipment. You do not need to dismantle anything or diagnose the fault.
We serve addresses within a roughly 5–7-mile area around our Waltham base. Coverage depends on the street address; a Lexington mailing address alone does not confirm it. We check that before arranging a visit.
If the appliance is behind custom cabinetry, upstairs or in a building with access arrangements, mention that when scheduling. Clear space around the equipment, but leave it installed. The technician will inspect the appliance, explain the findings and provide the repair price after diagnosis.
Have the street address ready so we can check the Lexington location before booking.
