An oven problem can be specific to one cooking mode.
If bake works differently from broil, or the upper oven behaves differently from the lower one, include that detail when calling. The pattern helps the technician plan the inspection. It does not mean that a temperature sensor or heating element can be selected in advance.
For a range or cooktop, note the affected burner or zone and whether the controls respond. Wolf equipment includes different fuel and heating systems, so the model matters. Do not pull a range from its connections, remove the control panel or repeatedly operate a burner that is behaving unsafely.
