A wall oven may be installed below a counter or stacked with another appliance. Tell us about that arrangement when calling. Do not loosen mounting screws, remove trim or slide the unit out; the technician needs to assess the equipment and access requirements safely.
Describe whether the complaint affects heating, controls, a door or a particular mode. For a double oven, specify the upper or lower cavity. If one function still works, that is useful context, but it does not establish which repair is needed or what it will cost.
