About your service visit
An interrupted cycle leaves useful clues.
If a dishwasher stops, note whether water has entered, whether washing began and whether water remains afterward. If an oven shuts down, mention the selected mode and how far it had progressed. The point of interruption helps describe what the technician needs to investigate.
Record a complete control message if one is visible. Do not keep restarting a leaking machine or equipment that trips power. For access, leave built-in units and their panels installed, and let us know about building entry requirements during the scheduling call.
Watertown visits require an address check; building access arrangements can be discussed on the same call. Appointments are coordinated from Waltham.
