What’s changed with your wine cooler?
Wine-storage models have their own temperature ranges and zone arrangements. The right comparison is with the appliance’s selected operation and previous behavior, not with a food refrigerator. Provide readings for each available zone and identify whether the unit is full-height or undercounter.
A zone has become noticeably warmer
Tell us whether one section changed or the whole cabinet did. Include recent loading, a prolonged door opening or an altered setting. A technician can then compare the observations with the controls and cooling behavior during the visit.
The glass or nearby cabinetry has moisture
The location of the moisture matters. Describe whether it is outside, inside or at the base, and whether the door has been closing normally. A photo taken before wiping the area can preserve a pattern that would otherwise disappear.
An unfamiliar sound is affecting the cabinet
Note when the sound occurs and whether bottles or racks are touching during ordinary use. A vibration at the installation and a fan or cooling-system noise are not necessarily the same issue. A short recording helps when the sound is intermittent.
What we check.
The technician compares zone temperatures with the settings and checks ventilation, door fit and controls. Sensors, fans or cooling components are tested when needed. For built-in wine storage, we also check whether surrounding cabinetry affects access or airflow.
Getting ready for service.
Leave sufficient room to open the door and reach the normal controls. Do not remove a glass door or decorative panel. Make suitable arrangements for the collection if the appliance cannot maintain the conditions you need, and mention any recent changes around the installation.

- Note whether the cabinet has one temperature zone or more than one.
- Describe an undercounter installation, a tall cabinet or a separate freestanding unit.
- Record the usual setting and what has changed in each affected zone.
